Decreased the kdevelop-devel bandwidth:
- The bug reports goto the kdevelop-bugs mailing list instead.
- The API docs are no longer generated at ktown.kde.org, so no more warnings 
go to this list.
- The API docs generated by www.kdevelop.org (using the very latest doxygen) 
no longer send mails to this ML.

But despite this, my last two e-mails to this list are still unanswered :(
