This is not a big issue, but...

In the window menu, i think i would only show the relative(to the project) path instead of the full path to the opened files. 
Just check the diference:

file:/home/m_tadeu/Desktop/Applications/kde/konstruct/apps/kdevelop/work/kdevelop-3.0.2/src/languageselectwidget.cpp
file:./src/languageselectwidget.cpp

It seems much easier to read it like this :)
