documentation configuration

Hi all,

currently there are two documentation configuration pages, the old 
"Documentation Tree" one and a new (yet incomplete?) one labeled 
"Documentation". Also, there are two documentation tabs in IDEAl mode 
now, one showing Qt documentation only.

Is this intentional? I.e., will the user interface change in the near 
future? If so, I'll delay finishing the documentation configuration 
chapter of the user manual.
