A few hints to improve dialog usability:
- Directories inside project:
  Provide two columns of checkboxes to easily distinguish between $(top_srcdir) and $(top_builddir)
- Provide checkboxes for standard include options like e.g. $(all_includes)
- Show the effective INCLUDES line in the dialog as it will be put into Makefile.am. (This applies to other AM dialogs as well.)
