Summary: Runs out of memory when importing generic C++ project
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-devel kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: leopardi bigpond net au

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

I used glucat-0.1.4.tgz as per download via http://glucat.sf.net and unzipped this to a new directory. In KDevelop, I selected Import -> Existing Project, browsed to the directory, entered glucat as the name, and selected OK.
The KDevelop status line changed to Updating...
KDE System Guard confirmed that my 1GB main memory and 2GB sway was exhausted in less than 30s.
I am using Kernel 2.6.4 on SUSE LINUX Professional 9.0 AMD, with an AMD64 3200+ processor.
