PHP Support in KDevelop

Hi,

I hope to have some time the next weeks and I'm interested in the PHP
part of KDevelop, which lacks some features and has some bugs. I
especially thought about the PHP parser, which isn't PHP5-compatbile
and lacks persistant class store support. I thought about writing a
PHP parser based on antlr like it's done in the C++ and Java support
part. 

Also, I hope to work on the code completion, which, for example,
doesn't work with the ::-Operator. 

Is this ok with you?
Is anybody else working on this?
Is this realistic? Any Suggestions?
