How to Reproduce :

- launch Kdevelop
- open any project
- type `exit' in embedded Konsole
- select any file in the treeview that would send a `cd' to the Konsole

=> SEGV

Expected Behaviour :

- Should not segfault.
- Konsole should respawn automatically when closed ?
