OpenGL and SDL toc files

I'm using KDevelop to work on an SDL/OpenGL project and I've put 
together a .toc file for the SDL documentation (a local version and one 
that uses the official SDL doc project site) and the OpenGL man pages 
that come with XFree. If these would be useful to other people perhaps 
they could find their way into CVS. If you have any comments or 
suggestions get in touch.

btw keep up the good work, KDevelop is fantastic!
