tmake-2.12.beta2 released - outputs *.kdevprj files

A new beta of tmake is available at
http://tmake.sourceforge.net.

I've added quite a few features, including specifying
the output to be a kdevelop *.kdevprj file from a
tmake *.pro file.

Please let me know any comments/criticisms/requests,
etc (including if this is the best kdevelop email
forum to post a subject like this).

I'm hoping that this beta won't have two many more
tweaks and can be achieve "release" status in a few
weeks.
