Hi,
The Persistant class store is enabled by default! and at least for now is 
impossible to disable it!

I don't think it is a good idea open a such big project, 9000 files, as a 
single kdevelop project! I'm sure that you can create a kdevelop project for 
each component of your applicatioin.
