Yet another CVS compile error

Fixed in CVS  :-)

When using designer from qt3.2, as long as we change the version number in the 
generated ui files back to 3.1, it seems to work. At least, it works fine 
here on qt3.1. It's just remembering to change them back that's a bit of a 
problem...
