Problem building distribution packages

Hi all,

I have some problems building distribution packages. My project compiles well 
when building it from gideon or from the tarfile created by 'make dist', but 
when I try to build an rpm package using the distribution tool integrated in 
gideon, I get the following error:

libtool: unrecognized option `--tag=CXX'
Try `libtool --help' for more information.

I have no idea if this is a gideon bug or or problem with my installation, so 
I didn't post it to the bug database. 
It would be really nice if someone had a hint how to fix this.
