The online doc for libstdc++ can be found at  
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++ 
Just rightclick the LIBSTDC++ (umn.edu) line in the gideon's doctreeview, select 
Properties->KdevelopTOC Documentation->libstdc++ and enter the URL above. 
 
I'll also provide a patch for this.
