KDevelop 3.0 Alpha 6 release plan

I guess I didn't realize it was supposed to be tagged, since the feature 
freeze for kdecvs was now/soon.

If someone wants to take care of maintenance at this point, please do so.  
F at lk is right that my time for KDevelop was gone to basically 0 for now.  
Hopefully I can return again once my work projects get easier. :)

Amilcar, I can go ahead and tag it if you would like.
