Updating KDevelop Homepage

Hi Peter,

Haskell support is very incomplete. Therefore it's compilation is not activated by default.
You'll have to activate it in parts/Makefile.am

Once more language features are implemented, then the language will be activated in CVS and then
the web page will be updated.
