qt/kde-3.0.x patch

This helps to build KDevelop with qt-3.0.4 and qt-3.0.5 and kde-3.0.5 
with gcc-2.95.3 and gcc-3.2.

kdevkstdaction.h should be added to the lib/compat directory.
