Fixed in CVS. You may want to try the CvsService plug-in which does a better work when handling CVS-enabled projects :-) Read vcs/cvsservice/README.dox for info about this topic or ask on kdevelop-devel at kde.org mailing list or directly on the irc channel #kdevelop.
