Java support in kdevelop

I am looking into source of kdevelop, because some parts of java doesn't 
work at all, and I see empty methods:
 
void JavaSupportPart::slotNewClass(){}
void JavaSupportPart::addMethod( ClassDom /*klass*/ ){}
void JavaSupportPart::addAttribute( ClassDom /*klass*/ ){}

I'd like to know, if someone is working on this part, and who is 
maintainer of this part ?==> Roberto Raggi roberto at kdevelop.org ?
