bug mails --> own mailinglist

Hi,
Can we please create an own mailing-list for the masses of bugzilla
emails?!?

It's annoying to get notified about every new bug, especially when I use the
webinterface of my email provider and must search the relevant mails in the
flood of mails. I cannot filter to subdirs with the webinterface and beside
that it creates high traffic when getting the mails by 56K modem later.

In my opinion, if one wants to care about bugs, he can look into the
bugzilla database or subscribe to that extra list. You know, this list is for
developer discussions and most bugmails doesn't trigger a discussion. I bet most
KDevelop developers don't read such bugreports, including me.
