As far as I see the htdig index update doesn't work in the case that
htdig isn't in the path because the explicit specification of the
executable doesn't make it til kdevelop-htdig. The reason is that the
config variable seems to have been changed from htdig to htdigbin but
htdigindex.cpp still tries to use htdig.

I include a tiny patch for that in case it wasn't already fixed.
