Reproducible KDevelop crash in KMDI

As of two days, KDevelop crashes everytime I open a project and then open 
another project.

I tracked it down to the latest commit (1.13) of kdelibs/kmdi/
kmditoolviewaccessor.cpp and the two lines

if (mdiMainFrm->m_mdiGUIClient)
    mdiMainFrm->m_mdiGUIClient->addToolView(this);

The crash isn't here, but this is the change that triggers it.

Unless I'm the only one getting this crash, please revert this commit ASAP as 
the beta 2 tag is imminent and it'll really look bad if we have a crash that 
almost everyone will run into in beta 2!


PS. I'm moving and am unplugging my box today, it might be up to two weeks 
until I'm back online, so I hope someone else will pick this up and fixes 
it! :)
