I'm sorry but:

1) KDevelop-2.x is no longer under development. Even IF this is a bug, it will not be fixed in that version.

2) A better place for user questions (I can't tell if what you're experiencing is a bug or not) are the KDevelop forum ( http://www.kdevelop.org/forum/list.php?f=2 ) or the user mailinglist ( kdevelop at kdevelop.org )
