KDE is listed as 3.1-12 Red Hat (From the control center) It is the redhat 9 rpm
qt is version 3.1.1-6 also from the redhat 9 rpm.

I am recompiling the latest CVS changes to see if it fixes the problem.  The issue was not there in the CVS I downloaded on 2003/11/15.  One note,  in my previous comment I said it was from CVS HEAD 2003/11/17.  That should be 2003/11/16.

I will repost results from the latest compile.
