I cannot confirm this with current KDevelop.

IF you're using KDevelop from CVS that was checked out on 4.11. or 5.11., i would suggest you to update from cvs and recompile it.

I fixed a lot of context menu stuff arround that days. Poorly there were temporary issues with doubled-menu-items.
