KDevelop CVS HEAD does not compile in a clean KDE3.2 install

Hehe...
well meanwhile I reverted that change to kdeui's Makefile.am.
Because the CVS is now OK in both, kdeui and kdevelop!
The reported compile error can only happen with any KDE-3.2alpha version.
It cannot happen with KDE-3.1 and older or with current 3.2Beta1, at least
with current 3.2 from CVS.
Otherwise, there is something wrong with your KDE or KDevelop
installation/compilation.
I checked that yesterday night on IRC with teatime and jowenn, both have
KDE-3.2 and it works for them properly. It also works for me on KDE-3.1.
