configure-problem - where is kde/qt found?

KDevelop-2 or 3 ? Namely, the 3 seems to use the .bashrc set-up 
enviroment for me while 2 does not. Anyway, I am glad that you have 
opened this question since I am still using the KDevelop-2 at my job.
