Patch for bug in auto make manager

Hi all,
the attached patch fixes a bug in auto make manager.
Curently it requires the user to enter a name for a new Data-Target. This name
won't be used. Further there is a "Data in rc" target and the user tries to
add a "Data in rc" target, it currently appends a 2nd "Data in rc"
ListViewItem to the details widget. This one can be used, but next time the
project is loaded both "Data in rc"-Items will be merged into one.
With this patch, there is no more need to enter a name for a new data-target.
And no ListViewItem will be created, if it already exists.
