[Bug 45898] wishlist item: KDE-Development-Documentation doesn't show, if specific headers are installed or not

Caleb,
I have a Suse rpm package. Where do you want me to put it. I dont have
a website from where you could download it. 

Also, should someone possibly notify Suse of the update? I know there
were no new KDevelop packages with KDE-3.1.2 release and that's fine
with me, but this documentation problem was quite annoying.
