[Bug 59065] Context ("right click") menus for the file tabs in "Tabbed pages mode" would be useful

This bugreport should be closed since
The "Window" popupmenu in the mainmenu does exactly what is desired. The
number of clicks to open it is the same as it would be with a context menu for a
tab page header.
