r++ gui

Hey ho folks!
I almost finished a gui frontend for r++. Everything works, except the 
disabling of databases per session. As i am away for a few days and it 
already does most of it's job, i send it to the list. It would be nice, if 
you can tag a look at it and especially correct my probably poor english in 
the comments ;). The new item should appear in the tools menu. If it doesn't, 
check if you have an old version in ~/.kde/share/apps/kdevcppsupport.
