I've created it already but didn't commited yet. I'm looking for some time to
create more gtk based templates (from Anjuta) and review this one.

BTW, I'm unhappy with kparts templates. They don't correctly represent
app - document - view architecture. If no one objects, I'll make a little
modifications.
