[Bug 45898] wishlist item: KDE-Development-Documentation doesn't show, if specific headers are installed or not

It's still in the list archive but I have attached it again. 
I remember considering to committ it but then "naaah" ;-) 

I am going to build a Suse rpm with this included for my own use now.
If anyone is interested let me know and I put it up somewhere.
