[Bug 45898] wishlist item: KDE-Development-Documentation doesn't show, if specific headers are installed or not

Actually I posted a patch for this particular problem to the list a
while ago. The QT-documentation doesn actually show up either. 
I am bringing this up because I bought SUSE-8.2 lately and this is the
only problem that I have with it. 

Does anyone know whether there is a gideon package for SUSE?
