TDO list

Hi!

Here is an diff to the current TODO list.
The reason I moved Cervisia integration is because we currently already 
have all the features that KDevelop 2
provided. Cervisia integration is therefore an addition and not a 
KDevelop 2 compatibility issue.

If no one complains I will commit it in a week.

As you all can see the point #2 on current TODO list (KDevelop 2 
compatibility) is getting
smaller. How about releasing a Beta version as soon as all the remaing 
items are implemented/fixed?
