breakpoints

Hi,

I've just commited my breakpoint changes. This fixes most of the problems 
there. Two new breakpoints types have been added (Method and Address 
breakpoints) and I've fixed-up the Watchpoints so they work again. There are 
some (minor) bugs, of course...

I'm not that happy with the interface. Suggestions (*cough* - patches) welcome 
:-). I'll consider any idea before ignoring it, hehehe.
