make ===> endless loop

I'm experiencing loop on current anoncvs (I updated several times today) when 
doing make ... 

The problem presents itself on random directories evey time I solve it. By 
solving it I mean I had to delete the whole directory where it looped, do a 
cvs update, make -f Makefile.cvs && ./configure ... make worked then went in 
parts and start looping in parts/appwizard. rm -f parts/Makefile* didn't 
worked ... I had to remove the whole parts subdir and re-run commands as 
above.

Now seems to compile straight forward. I never experienced such make loops 
until today: what do they depend on? Am I missing anything? Known problems 
(and solutions ;)? 


Computer is compiling && /me hope all we go nice && /me go sleeping.
