current_work.html on www.kdevelop.org updated

Hi!
Now with using our Changelog file, I've updated 
http://www.kdevelop.org/index.html?filename=current_work.html again.
I hope, with this publicity and project transparency, it may help to 
increase the number of contributors! ;-)

The page also includes the current TODO list from cvs (./kdevelop/TODO). 
Feel free to add the missing entries.

P.S.: I recommend that the TODO file in CVS (and on the web list) should 
be updated and used as roadmap to the Beta release.
