[Bug 49732] kdevelop loses track of breakpoints when editing

I agree with you, and altough I haven't worked much with VC++, I used other
tools, like thos made by Borland, and the breakpoint were moved when you
added/removed a line. This makes more sense. Now: I already reported this
some time ago, but now I decided to implement it, as I use Gideon on a
daily basis. :-) Please look at the patch, and if there are no objection, I
will commit (a cleaned version of) it.
