Changes to Doxygen part

No, _ALL_ versions work fine, but you'll be able to select some settings
that won't be read by the old doxygens.
And doesn't make any sense to not present the user with the options of the
newer vesions

The solution would be to create six or seven plug-ins for several Doxygen
versions,
then you could select the plug-in according with the version that you have.
The difference would be that the older versions would present you with less
options.
