[Bug 55214] Add files for a second time

I can not recreate it here because with new projects, I can not get the 
filter pull down menu to even appear!!! :(
I click on it (the little triangle that should make the pull down menu 
box with the regular expressions for the filenames appear ) but nothing 
happens.
It appears and works fine on an old project.

One other bug is is you try to type directly in the filter, when you 
type "return" in the end, instead of evaluating the expression, the hole 
dialog disappears (the dialog receives the "return" event instead of the 
filtering stuff).
