Automake project extra-includes problem

Hi,

I am using Gideon from yesterdays CVS, and have a problem with the automake 
part. When I set some extra includes for my top-project, the subprojects 
won't inherit them. Is there a known workaround except of setting these 
extraincludes for all the sub-projects?
