Suppressing a file with automake manager suppress ALL the files in project (cvs -f remove -f),
when:
- choosing option "also remove from disk" (first dialog)
- choosing answer "Yes" to "do you want to remove from CVS" ?

Issues the command 
cvs -f remove -f
