kdevappwizard scripts not changed with ./configure --prefix=/usr

They don't change, and so it causes them to include
non-existant directories, bringing up an error with
gideon 3.0.0a4 and RH9/kde 3.1.2-0.fdr.3.rh90. Notice
it used
/usr/local/kde/share/apps/kdevappwizard/template-common
instead of
/usr/share/apps/kdevappwizard/template-common.
