[Bug 60067] Automake, configure, make, install dependancies

[Amilcar do Carmo Lucas]

- Do a CVS update on Gideon.
- Compile and install it.
- Start it and create a new  C++/ KDE application framework.
- Read the readme file contained in the src directory.
