I can't hit access the cvs

It's been a long time since I attempted to build Gideon.  I tried to do a cvs 
update, and it timed out.  This is directly off the kdevelop website:

cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anonymous at anoncvs.kde.org:/home/kde co kdevelop

and it times out.

Is the server up?  I was able to traceroute to:
