While you are it, and working on Gideon, can you fix this feature? The problem 
is an older one: when compilation before execution is enabled, and the 
compilation fails for whatever reason, on next press of the Run button, it 
will not recompile, but directly execute the binary. As I saw from this 
commit, the problem should be with isDirty(), but I haven't looked in more 
deeply.
