language support tutorial

The language support tutorial (by Alexander Dymo, AFAIK) is a real marvel !!

Yet, the current version it is somewhat hard to read.  I reformatted the 
source text a bit so that it will be processed well by Doxygen.

BTW: We need a lot more tutorials like this one.  The learning curve in 
utilizing Gideon still is _very_ steep.
