Nevertheless with my recent commit autoproject is able to keep 
together noinst_HEADERS from Makefile.am and headers added from
a subproject directory (necessary for a c++ parser?). Modifications in
Makefile.am don't lead to inclusion of additional headers in noinst_HEADERS
anymore.
