Moving mailing lists?

We can move the list to kde.org (but I don't know how), or we restrict this 
list, so only members can post.
But then team at kdevelop.org doesn't work then anymore. I could also ask if 
we could add spamassisin to our mailinglist server, but I don't know if 
this would help a lot. Restricting to only members would be the most 
effectiv way I think.
