Sorry for that, I'm afraid I didn't searched enough. 
 
In fact, my problem is not an environment variable, it is the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. 
I'm not sure that it is used by gdb. Maybe the part needs to use its value in 
a gdb command (I'm no gdb guru, I'm sorry that I can't help)
